Our classic sourdough is handcrafted using a traditional, naturally fermented starter and baked fresh in small batches. It has a beautiful crisp golden crust with a soft and airy crumb.

Made with simple, high-quality ingredients, no artificial preservatives.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Water, Sourdough Starter (Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Water), Flour Treatment Agents (Alpha-Amylase, Hemicellulase), Salt.

Allergy Advice: For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of Soya.

Storage: Best enjoyed within 3–4 days. For the best experience, store in a cool, dry place. For longer freshness, slice and freeze for up to 3 months.
